Base Building Refurbishment’s:
‘Strip out’ and ‘make good’, refurbishment of existing tenancies, lift lobby’s, entry foyers, toilet facilities and kitchens.
Remedial Building Work:
Shopfront and facade replacement, structural upgrade, repairs to building envelope and DDA upgrade work.
